IMPORTANT HEAT SAFETY

Yugi conducts heat efficiently. The pot, handles and other metal parts can become very hot during cooking.

Always use heat-resistant oven mitts when handling the pot. Place hot cookware on a suitable heat-resistant trivet and keep it out of children's reach.

Do not heat the pot empty or allow it to boil dry. Avoid sudden temperature changes.

NATURAL COLOR CHANGES

This is an uncoated copper-tin alloy product.

Areas exposed directly to a flame may discolor. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not, by itself, indicate a coating defect or peeling.

The surface may also develop a natural patina with use.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Allow the pot to cool before washing.
• Hand wash with mild dish detergent.
• Dry thoroughly after washing.
• Use the Yugi cleaning sponge according to its instructions.
• Avoid prolonged storage of acidic or salty food in the pot.
• Do not use in a microwave, induction cooktop or oven.
